Pokemon: Pitch Black: Part 8

Part 8, in which there are splashes, hat, shouting, hat, more shouting, graffiti, HAT, and a lot of human blood.

Whew, this one took longer to complete than I'd hoped! I had some real art problems near the end...and if you followed through its creation in the scraps, you know that I missed some days and had to do double updates.

As I neglected to point out on the official entry of Part 7, I'll explain now. All of my catches in game were going to be named specifically, with the theme of "murder, torture, pain" etc, with the exception of the first two names(my friend was to blame for those names, but I guess Angel makes some sense). Pansear was not named because I couldn't conceive a good enough name at the time...but once he died, and I saw his nature I knew how I wanted to play that.

Why do I bring this up? Because, I've made a few mistakes in-game so far. Kitty was named after they died, and was actually the Route 2 catch I had. Angel was my Dreamyard catch. I switched them around story-wise because I forgot to do something I planned to in-game, and that was that in Rival and Gym Battles(important stuff), if I had the same Pokemon on my team they did, they had to fight. i forgot to do this for the Striaton battle against Cheren, so I switched the catches in-story to make it impossible to happen in story. The original point I had though? Kitty was named post-mortem symbolically. After Kitty Genovese. If you don't know who that is, google it. It'll make sense.

I've heard that the Part flows better as separate pages, so because of that I have 2 questions:
a: Do you think I should make the page-length entries official? As in, each part is multiple entries rather than one gigantic file?
and if so, b:
Should the new entries be single pages (once every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday), or a single weekly submission roughly 2.5-3 pagelengths(probably on Wednesdays or so)?
